We guarantee you a better price when you book directly with us via this website. For short breaks we give you an extra night for free! We use an independent UK company called booking-directly.com. You can pay by credit card or debit card.
Roughly 17% of the holiday price you pay is taken as fees by Booking.com. This percentage has increased over the years. Booking directly via us supports UK based independent businesses and keeps your holiday price down.
What is your cancellation policy?
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. If you cancel more than 21 days before arrival we will refund 50%. At less than 21 days’ notice, no refund is due.
How do I know my money is safe?
Paying by credit card offers you protection. We have been operating for two years accumulating warm reviews on Booking.com and on booking-directly.com which you can read on this site.
What is your privacy policy?
When you book, you are asked for an email and contact number. We use this only to facilitate your stay. We do not share your data with any third party.
How does the booking process work?
Click the “Check Availability” button on the home page. This takes you to booking-directly.com run by “Free to book.” You can check for availability, then pay to secure your booking. You will be reminded to pay the balance 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. If you are booking less than 6 weeks before the start of your stay, you will be asked to pay the full amount.

Is a deposit required?
A £50 deposit is required to secure the booking and tiered charges depending on the cancellation date as described on the booking page. In the event of cancellation we will refund the charges or deposit, pro rata, for the days which we manage to rebook.
